As a professional HR practitioner, he has extensive experience in upgrading the human resources function to become a strategic business partner. He was also responsible for integrating the HR aspects during mergers and acquisitions including organization development, system integration, and terms and conditions harmonization.
Steve also has strong experience in building teams by experiential activities. The learning through experience is a powerful way to learn many skills that are vital to successful teamwork, e.g. trust building, communication and problem solving.
